Sessions cover a beginner's guide to colour theory, the benefits of having more colour in your life, how to go on a Rainbow Hunt, and easy ways to add more colour into your life. Practical exercises are included, and interaction is encouraged. You'll leave feeling enthused with a renewed sense of positive energy as you embark on a new path of 'living colourfully.'
