A podcast for colour lovers and the colour curious Momtaz launched Hello Colour in June 2022. Each episode dives into a different aspect of colour and colour therapy. Listen to the show.

Momtaz previously hosted The Desi Woman Podcast, a show where she interviewed game-changing South Asian women. It ran for three seasons from January 2018 to October 2020. 

 

Radio Presenter

 

Momtaz's radio career kicked off in student radio. She was Chair of University Radio Falmer, the station for the University of Sussex. As well as being on the senior team, she hosted a weekly music, and chat show called Lipstick with Veg.

This led Momtaz to having a show on local station Cable Radio in Worthing which she hosted while completing a OCNR qualification in Radio Production at BBC Sussex Radio.

​

Back in London, Momtaz hosted a Saturday morning Arts show on One Harmony, a global reggae station from 2015-2017. It featured special guests from the world of arts including film, theatre, books, spoken word, dance, poetry and crafts – including demonstrations live on the studio web cam, the show had an international audience.

Though she no longer hosts her own show, Momtaz continues to guest on other shows and has spoken about colour, crafts, fashion and a wide variety of other topics on BBC 5Live, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 4, BBC Kent, BBC London, BBC West Midlands and Awaz FM (Scotland.)
