I like writing and making things… and have worked on newspapers and magazines, internal communications, books, publications and websites. Just call me a Crafts Expert! As a maker/designer I sell my own creations and pass on the skills through teaching.

I especially like writing and making things at the same time… My second book ‘101+Things to do with Glitter’ – which is all about my favourite craft material - will be published Autumn 2012 by Vivays Publishing.

My main areas of interest are crafts, Bollywood and the Asian diaspora. I have extensive radio experience and am currently a pundit on the BBC Asian Network. I have also undertaken numerous television assignments for the BBC and Channel 4.
